The Linda and Rudy Slucker Religious School held a contest to make a difference and once again our students rose to the challenge and surpassed it.
The challenge: How many cans of food can your class bring for the food pantry between Rosh Hashanah and Hanukkah?
How many did they collectively end up bringing? Over 3000 cans of food… And this is in addition to all of the food collected at the High holy days by our entire congregation.
Mazal Tov Kobi’s 3rd grade class and to the Kindergarten class for bringing in the most food.
